Canada
Canada is all about the great outdoors. Explore the Rocky Mountains
and experience great wildlife in dramatic wilderness locations.
Eastern Canada is beautiful during the autumnal months, head north
to Churchill in October for the mysterious Northern Lights and the
ever inquisitive Polar Bear.

Home to two of Canada’s finest cities; Ottawa and Toronto, the stunning Algonquin Provincial Park and the mighty Niagara Falls. Ottawa, the nation’s capital is a city of approximately one million inhabitants. Visit the fine parliamentary buildings or the shopping arcades. Toronto, famous for the CN Tower skyscraper and SkyDome, is a modern city with a varied ethnic background. The spectacular Niagara Falls on the border with the USA is not far from downtown. The horseshoe like cataract is 177 feet high; the Canadian side of the falls carries more than nine times the volume of water than passes through on the American side. Important as a source of electricity for much of Ontario, the falls are an amazing spectacle best viewed from a boat and not a barrel! Algonquin Provincial Park offers a true wilderness experience, yet is only a relatively short drive from Toronto. There are many hiking trails, the autumnal colours are fantastic and come winter time it is possible to go dog mushing through the snow.
